Designed to preserve an existing 12-acre nine-hole golf course in Studio City, California, this 270 unit retirement community was tucked into a four-acre parcel currently covered with tennis courts. The primary objective was to preserve 100% of the permeable area of the site. We worked with the developer who offered to donate the 12 acre green space to the Residents' Association to preserve the golf course in perpetuity and provide a source of income for other greeting and park projects for Studio City.
3rd street condominiums
Two different schemes were designed to develop a 365 condominium tower with parking for 400 cars just west of downtown Los Angeles. The projects were entitled by the Planning Commission. The two-tower scheme was part of a larger master plan for this and the adjourning properties.
